Post-Valentine’s Cardio Detox – PSF BEYOND THE STUDIO

Valentine’s Day has come and gone…but all of that sweet has probably got you needing a small detox!

After you get rid of all the leftover Reese’s, try out this simple sequence. Carry out 10-20 reps of each exercises based on your fitness level. Hold repeating for 5-10 minutes for a rapid calorie burn!

  1. Modwhetheried burpees
  2. Mountain climbers on the corner
  3. Side plank crunch
  4. Renegades (elbow to hand planks)
  5. Regular mountain climbers
  6. Burpees to the ground

*messy hair totally optional 💁🏼‍♀️
